How does the matching process work?
After you sign up, you complete identity verification, our Pre-Qualification Disclosure, and your Patient Readiness Profile. Once approved, board-certified surgeons in our network review your profile and express interest without seeing your name or contact information. You choose the surgeon you want to work with.
What does it cost?
Creating a patient profile is free. Cosmetic Connection is supported by surgeon memberships and referral fees, not by charging patients for access. Financing costs are determined by our lending partners.
How is my information protected?
Your personal information is private. Surgeons see your clinical and financial readiness, your goals, and your procedure photos — but never your name, address, phone, or email until you accept an offer. All data is processed through our secure, encrypted channels.
What if my credit isn’t ready yet?
That is exactly why we built the Credit-to-Goal program. We partner with a credit restoration specialist to optimize your financial profile over 3–9 months, so a single "no" is never the end of the journey.
